Setup fee ($2,500 one-time)
The setup fee is refundable in full up until your project enters the researching or building stage. Once we start research or design work on your website, the setup fee is no longer refundable, because the work has been performed.
You can check your project stage anytime in the portal. If you cancel before we advance the stage, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Monthly care ($99/month after 30-day trial)
Monthly care starts after a 30-day free trial. Cancel anytime. When you cancel, care continues through the end of the paid period, then a 30-day transfer window opens so you can move your site elsewhere. We do not prorate refunds for partial months once care has begun.
Add-ons
Optional add-ons (SEO / AEO, Analytics) are not available for purchase during our launch and test window, and there is nothing to refund yet.
How to request
Email bryan@boringbusinesswork.com from the account on file. We will confirm the project stage and process the refund the same or next business day when eligible.
