What we collect

- Onboarding info: intake and design answers, photos, and reference links you share.
- Portal activity: messages, files, and requests you send us.
- Billing info: handled by our payment processor. We do not store card numbers.
- Basic technical logs used to keep the service running and investigate errors.
How we use it
To build and maintain your website, respond to your requests, send transactional emails (verification, portal notifications, receipts), and improve our service. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
- Our hosting and email infrastructure providers, to deliver the service.
- Our payment processor, to accept payments.
- Legal or safety authorities when required.
Retention
We keep active-account data while your account is active. After cancellation and the transfer window, we retain limited records for accounting and legal purposes and delete the rest on a reasonable schedule. You can request deletion by emailing us.
Your requests
Email bryan@boringbusinesswork.com to access, correct, or delete your data. We reply from the account on file.
Security
We use magic-link sign-in, so we don't store passwords. We rely on widely-adopted platform security controls from our providers. No online service is perfectly secure.
